The Legs Diamond Whiskey is named after Legs Diamond, a famous prohibition-era New York City bootlegger. This rye whiskey is made from rye grown on locally sustainable farms. The grain is mashed, fermented and then carefully distilled, producing a very smooth white whiskey with a touch of sweetness.
