NYC Whisky

Saturday, December 3rd:

We will be tasting Breckenridge Bourbon, light-bodied with a warm texture and a sweet oak and vanilla finish, with a touch of bitterness to balance. Reminiscent of a slice of toasted rye bread, with honey drizzled on it.

We'll also have Corsair Triple Smoke Whiskey, which possesses a huge, rich flavor. Three smokes with peat at the fore, sweetness and vanillas. Buttery, broad flavor and long finish.

In addition there will be Balcones Brimstone Whiskey, from Waco, TX. A lovely mix of campfire and powered sugar tempered with an almost salty goodness. Bold yet balanced.
